Weekly meetings
We have a weekly meeting that is open to any of our members.
We meet on Tuesdays from 10am - 4pm and at the meetings we talk about any issues that are important to our members. We just ask for a small contribution of £2 each week to help cover some of our costs. Click on this link to download a poster showing lots more details (pdf, 943Kb).
Pub Nights!
We have regular pub nights where we meet for a quiet drink and a chat.

Song Night
Do you enjoy singing? Then come along to our next Song Night.
Talent is strictly optional (bring your own ear plugs!!) Our Song Night takes place once a month, it’s a chance to meet up have some fun and sing your socks off.
It costs just £2 (50p for carers/support workers).

Self Advocate Parliament
Sadly we don’t have enough money at the moment to keep running the Self Advocate Parliament Meetings. We are trying our hardest to get more
money and we hope to restart the Parliament later this year.
